Calvin Livingston is a transformational somatic practitioner whose journey began in Oregon, where he first discovered the life-changing power of breathwork, cold-water immersion, and holistic healing. Over the years, his passion for these practices has taken him around the world, continuously deepening his knowledge and integrating diverse healing modalities into his work.
Beyond his wellness journey, Calvin has dedicated many years as an active wildland firefighter, serving his community with resilience and heart. No matter the trials and tribulations life has brought, he has always found his way back to the practices that ground him—breathwork, meditation, and movement.
Calvin’s approach uniquely blends breathwork, sound healing, trauma-informed care, movement, sauna therapy, and cold-water immersion, empowering individuals to unlock their innate healing potential. His mission is to guide others toward deeper self-awareness, inner harmony, and a profound connection with their mind, body, and spirit.
As a certified facilitator in both sauna therapy and cold-water exposure, Calvin brings years of personal experience to his sessions, having witnessed firsthand the transformative effects these practices offer. He is committed to exploring the physiological and energetic shifts that occur through these methods, using this understanding to support his clients’ healing and personal growth.
Guided by a deep calling, Calvin’s purpose is to serve as a compassionate guide, helping others reconnect with ancient healing traditions and modern somatic techniques. Through meditation, yoga, breathwork, and energy healing, he is dedicated to creating spaces where individuals can awaken their full potential, discover inner peace, and embody a life of greater balance and well-being.
